JA Inspire Virtual Career Fair is Junior Achievement’s capstone career development program for 6th-12th grade students brought to life by our region’s employers. An online event, the JA Inspire Virtual Career Fair will give students the opportunity to:
a. Registration is required for this event. Teachers participating as part of their school district’s curriculum strategy, do not need to register students. JA staff will receive that information from your district administration. Any other teachers need to register students directly with JA staff. Parents/Guardians and any other community members wanting to participate, simply follow the link at the top of the page and submit your information. Then you’ll receive an email confirming you registrations.
a. The event is for all students in 6th - 12th grades ready to explore and/or deepen their knowledge of varying career paths.
a. No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have access to the internet.
a. Since we are not allowing students to be on camera, the answer to this question should read as: No.
a. No, this event is specifically geared to career exploration and college and career readiness. Students will be able to interact with local businesspeople and take a deep dive into the various careers within the 16 career clusters.
